Our areas of expertise include corporate valuations, restructuring, M&A and transaction consulting, international tax law and corporate tax law. Our clientele includes not only private individuals and private foundations but also medium-sized and large internationally active companies from all economic sectors.

Job profile

If you love taking on new challenges, then you are in the right place in the field of Financial Advisory. Whether it’s Value Based Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Transaction Services, Restructuring, or Financing and Real Estate issues, the individual goals of each consultation are different. In national and international projects, you will work with small and medium-sized businesses as well as publicly traded companies in various industries. A comprehensive training program and collaboration with experienced colleagues provide the foundation for your career.

Your role

  • Within a well coordinated team, you will have valuable contributions to make in resolving commercial and financial issues for our clients, particularly by providing annual report analyses, planning analyses, market and competition analyses and by setting up financial models. This will be your contribution to providing our clients with the best possible support in making sensitive decisions.
  • A central point of the consultancy we provide rests in corporate analyses, renovations and corporate transactions (M&A).
  • Thanks to your willingness to learn and your close collaboration with experienced colleagues, you will experience a steep learning curve which will open up further career stages for you.

Your profile

  • You will have completed Bachelors and Masters studies in the relevant areas
  • You will hold very good expertise in MS Office
