In this key position, you will support the IT manager in the administration, development of the entire IT infrastructure, and the implementation of new hardware and software solutions. As a contact person (1st level support), you will support our dynamic team in their daily work and serve as a liaison to the 2nd level support.
Your role

As an IT employee, you will support the IT manager in the administration, development of the entire IT infrastructure and implementation of new hardware and software solutions.

Your responsibilities will include the commissioning, configuration, and maintenance of hardware from the start.

As an IT contact, you will support our dynamic team by providing fast solutions to problems and serving as an interface to the second-level support.
Your profile

Completed IT professional training (such as HTL, apprenticeship, or similar) or completed IT degree (university, FH)

Relevant work experience is an advantage

Very good MS Windows and Office knowledge (Microsoft 365 with a focus on Excel)

Knowledge in the areas of servers, mailing systems, network management, and databases is an advantage
