Our areas of expertise include corporate valuations, restructuring, M&A and transaction consulting, international tax law and corporate tax law. Our clientele includes not only private individuals and private foundations but also medium-sized and large internationally active companies from all economic sectors.

Your role

  • As a manager, you will often cover operative project  management, dealing with our clients’ commercial and financial issues.
  • Your expert capabilities in the field of corporate valuation and transaction consulting will make you a valuable asset for your project teams and as the competent/main contact person for our clients
  • You will have a leading part to play in the presentation of  concepts that have been produced for our clients.
  • You will contribute your capabilities as a team player and as a mentor as the means of promoting further growth at our site in Vienna

Your profile

  • Studies completed in the relevant areas
  • Relevant professional experience (max. 10 years), ideally in the field of company valuations, financial due diligence or M&A consultation
  • Fluent in German, with the ability to negotiate in English
  • You will hold very good expertise in MS Office
  • Additional qualifications (CVA, CFA, as a tax consultant, as an auditor, etc.) would be advantageous
