Our areas of expertise include corporate valuations, restructuring, M&A and transaction consulting, international tax law and corporate tax law. Our clientele includes not only private individuals and private foundations but also medium-sized and large internationally active companies from all economic sectors.

If you love taking on new challenges, then the field of Financial Advisory is perfect for you. Whether it’s Value Based Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Transaction Services, Restructuring or Financing and Real Estate issues, the individual goals of each consultation are different. You will work on national and international projects, with clients ranging from small and medium-sized businesses to publicly traded companies from various industries. Your role

  • As a senior consultant, you will take on responsibility from the outset for individual sections in the context of commercial and financial projects.
  • In conjunction with a well coordinated, experienced team, you will enable our clients to make the best possible decisions in situations which are often challenging.
  • Your analytical capabilities will enable you to provide the crucial foundations for responding to financial and commercial issues, especially issues concerning corporate valuation, restructuring projects or corporate transactions (M&A)
  • You will have an active part to play in the presentation of concepts that have been jointly produced for our clients.
  • You will contribute your qualities as a team player within a motivated, site-transcendent team.

Your profile

  • Studies completed in the relevant areas
  • Relevant professional experience (max. 6 years), ideally in the field of company valuations, financial due diligence or M&A consultation
  • Fluent capability in German and ability to negotiate in English
  • You will hold very good expertise in MS Office
