Job profile
The design, development, and implementation of innovative and digital internal training and development programs for (new) employees are at the heart of your responsibilities as a Talent Developer. Using the latest didactic tools, you impart your sound and practical knowledge to your colleagues and work in coordination with the executives to establish personnel development strategies, ensuring the further development of talents and their skills in line with their tasks and long-term goals.
Your role

As a Talent Developer, you develop and create creative, innovative, and digital solutions for various learning contexts within the company.

You implement the developed learning content using the latest didactic tools and provide our team with application-oriented knowledge for optimal client care.

In addition to our mentors, you are the point of contact for our (new) employees and accompany them from the onboarding process.
Your profile
-
Completed relevant degree in social and economic sciences, law or a comparable completed education at a university of applied sciences

Several years of relevant professional experience in tax consulting

Completed tax consultant exam is an advantage
-
BMD NTCS knowledge
-
First experience in adult education or teaching experience is an advantage

Very good MS-Office skills.
